Because many products are handmade from natural stone, small variations in color, pattern, stone movement, polish, and handmade detailing may occur. Custom Orders For custom marble inlay orders, customers should confirm size, shape, design, color preferences, destination country, and other important details before production begins. Once a custom or made-to-order product has started production, cancellation, return, or refund options may be limited.
