International Shipping Policy Decor Crafter ships handmade marble inlay products from Agra, India to customers in many international destinations. Shipping method, packing style, handling time, and documentation depend on the product size, weight, destination country, and order type. Shipping Methods Small and medium decor products may be shipped by courier services such as DHL, FedEx, India Post or another available carrier. Large marble table tops, flooring, wall panels, or heavier custom projects may require freight shipping, special packing, or a custom shipping quote. Handling and Dispatch Ready products and custom products have different preparation timelines. Dispatch timing depends on product availability, final quality check, packing requirements, payment confirmation, and shipping documentation. Custom orders are dispatched after production, finishing, inspection and packing are complete. Packing Marble inlay products are fragile and require careful packing. Depending on the item, packing may include protective wrapping, padding, reinforced boxes, wooden crate packaging, corner protection, or other suitable packing materials. Large table tops and stone panels may require stronger packing because of their weight and surface area. Tracking When tracking is available, tracking details are shared after dispatch. Tracking updates are controlled by the courier, freight company, or postal service and may vary by destination country. Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Local Charges International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, local delivery charges, remote-area fees, and any other charges applied by the destination country or delivery provider. These charges are not controlled by Decor Crafter unless specifically confirmed in writing. Delivery Inspection Please inspect the outer packaging and product carefully at delivery. If there is visible damage, take clear photos of the packaging, label, packing materials and product before discarding anything. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos so the issue can be reviewed. Large Products and Freight Delivery Large marble table tops, flooring, wall panels, hotel projects, trade orders and heavy pieces may need special handling. The buyer may need to arrange help for unloading, local delivery, customs clearance, or final installation depending on the destination and shipping method.
